Fusion Beauty was formed in 2005 by Randi Shinder, a leading cosmetics expert. She recognized a common problem that every woman faces as she ages: the loss of natural collagen and moisture, which leads to thin lips and wrinkled skin. Ms. Shinder also realized that many treatments for these concerns were unsafe, ineffective, painful or extremely costly. Collaborating with one of the industry’s top laboratories, she set out to create a safe, effective solution.
